My program starts with a FaceTime or Zoom consultation to discuss your personal exercise history, fitness goals, medical history, injuries, motivation, and available exercise equipment.

 

We'll then work through an online assessment of your movement patterns and overall mobility in order for me to develop a customized fitness program built uniquely for you.

 

Next, you will begin to receive a weekly then monthly online workout video created and personalized just for you with progressions and adaptations to your increasing fitness level. Exercise variation is also important to ensure you stay engaged and motivated, while successfully avoiding overuse injuries.

 

Within each video I will demonstrate every exercise and variation to ensure you can quickly and easily follow the plan.

 

Over time you will have a personalized workout library designed just for you!
